Help with a code

Hey! I'm so glad to have stumbled upon this site but I need a little help.

One my current board we have a side bar they wish to keep but it won't line up correctly :
rhi-bears-testing.proboards.com/index.cgi < - - The proof is in the pudding as one would say.

I was wondering if there would be anyway that you could help me figure out this problem? Help with the coding or whatever solution you can come up with.

I do not know if you have fixed it or not but it appears to be working in the fashion in which the code was designed to do...
