I have a dumb-er question... How do I use this Skin and graphics?? ~Tim Well if you have a Proboards forum you place the coding in Headers and Footers. Color codes go in the Skin section as does the images, which you host on your own server, then you put the URL's for the images in the slots in the Skin images section of the Skin area in Admin. And your welcome ^^

Awesome skin!
I'm using it, but I just have one problem.
I can't quite get the background right. The greyer images in the background fall in behind the boards, though the forum is resized correctly, and this leaves plain black strips down the sides of the page.
Are there any solutions? Or can I just modify the background with more black to accomodate this?
Sorry to trouble you, as I said - awesome work!

Hey Roy. Did you use Photobucket to upload the background to? If so, it resized your background and that is your problem. You can fix it by deleting it from Photobucket, changing your settings by doing the following: - Open Photobucket.
- Go to your albums.
- In the box where you choose your image to upload, look for the dropdown menu. Make sure it is set for a 17" screen (1024 x 768).
- Re-upload the background image.
- You may have to refresh your forum page (by hitting the refresh or reload button) before it will take effect.
This should fix your problem. If it doesn't let me know, send me a link to your forum and I'll go take a look.

What part do u modify it to get the images If you mean installing them. You add those from the Customize Images in the Skin/Forum Colors section. If not what you meant then what do you mean?

Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to set the gradiant colors shown. It asks whether I want the site to set them itself and I tell it "no" but it does not give me a place to put my own. I must be missing something somewhere. >_<

You place the Banner and Background via the Skins / Forum Colors area when you Create Skin or Modify Skin as both forms can be found at the top of those respective pages.

You forgot to do the coding which is how you add custom gradients to the forums, which I have the coding included above in the top post. It is part of the Global Header.

I've done everything as instructed, but whenever I set your skin to the default, it refuses to do so. I'm stuck with the plain 'Default' skin. Help? ~Claire

Does it show as default when you logout? If yes then you may have to alter your view via the Modify Profile page. Beyond that you may have to go to Proboards Support for more help if it is not that easy.
